Ideal climate: We condition our polyamide parts spotlessly and fully automatically in our climatic chamber until they possess the ideal moisture content. This not only ensures a stable conditioning process, it also provides the best possible surface finish.

We are growing! In recent months, FANUC has simply convinced us. That is why we have now extended our machining capability by adding two more all-electric FANUC Roboshot injection-moulding machines, each with a locking force of 125 tonnes. So now we are working with four of these top-quality machines. Our goal is clear: Complete conversion of our machining capability to FANUC.
We place importance on accurate forecasts: Our estimates are now highly accurate, thanks to our brand new VISI-CAD workstation featuring Moldflow Analysis. And that even goes for critical components! So we can now detect and eliminate any possible problems as early as the development phase. This not only saves costs for our customers. It is also good for their nerves. And it is also good for us, of course.

Absolute “state of the art”: Since February 2016, we have had two all-electric FANUC Roboshot CNC injection moulding machines up and running. One of them has an automation cell and a FANUC robot. This investment was a fundamental strategic decision. And last but not least, it serves to safeguard our high standards.
